On 25-26 November I took part in the Fifth Conference of the Higher usps first class School of Banking in Wroclaw. The theme of the conference was "Human Resource Management in Theory usps first class and Practice". As every year, it attracted business experts at both the academic and professional life. The honorary patronage over the event was Professor. conjunction. dr. Stefan Forlicz, Rector of the Wroclaw School of Banking.
Among the extensive list of lectures and papers a few aroused my special interest. One of the first instances of a lecture by Dr. Agnes Fornalczyk of the University of Wroclaw: "Wisdom manager as psychological metakompetencja - its nature and dispositional factors." The doctor took up the subject of using their own experience in the company, where he now works. On the basis of presented an example of unethical behavior affecting its organizational culture. He drew attention to the injustice, lack of loyalty and a clear difference in treatment and pay family members who are also employees of the company and the rest of the Staff team. The next lecture, which is outlined in my memory was the lecture by prof. Associate. WSB Assoc. Margaret Rozkwitalskiej of the School of Banking in Gdansk under the title: "The positive aspects of intercultural interactions in a multicultural environment." The professor pointed out that in the literature are widely described barriers usps first class and restrictions on cross-cultural collaboration, but there are gaps in research on the positive aspects. Prof. Rozkwitalska noticed that managers typically focused on the difficulties, and only after long reflection, mentioned the benefits of contact with foreigners, but this trend is now changing. Increased tolerance, opportunities to learn about different points of view on a particular product or service, the ability to generate innovative ideas, are just some of the advantages resulting from cross-cultural interaction.
