Difficulty: Moderately Easy Instructions Start Adobe Fireworks CS3 and start a new blank document or open an existing the stamp act document from the file that you want to use the rubber stamp tool. Select the Stamp tool in the toolbox of Adobe Fireworks on the left side of the screen. This is in the "Bitmap" in the toolbox and is depicted the stamp act by a picture of a postage stamp.
