The Intercept page report, the letter was traced to an address of a man who never send multiple packets to the executive mansion in 1995. Among those packages there were smeared with urine and feces, and the other containing a miniature bottles of alcohol.

The discovery of toxins that are put in this letter is not the first time that happened. In 2013, a letter containing ricin substance sent to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, and Mississippi Judge Sadie Holland. Two letters to Obama and Senator Wicker successfully intercepted, but the last letter made it to Judge Sadie.
